Lee Peck Media has launched a brand-new attraction in Southampton using its celebrity connections and social media expertise.
The agency has been working on behalf of Reluxe to promote Cue Camera, a luxury pop-up photo studio which will be situated in the middle of Guidhall Square throughout the festive season. The striking gold studio, made from two converted shipping containers, features a host of fancy dress costumes for people to wear and take part in fun photo shoots with friends and family.
Lee Peck Media has been using its winning mix of traditional PR and social media to promote the pop-up studio and also secured Saints legends Francis Benali and Matthew Le Tissier to launch the attraction.
The pair donned festive themed fancy dress as they helped to test out costumes for Cue Camera, which will donate a portion of profits from every photo shoot to Benali’s Big Race. A special charity day will also be held ahead of the official opening, with even more cash going to the worthy cause.
Francis Benali said: “It’s been great fun dressing up with Matt today. Having tried it out first hand, I know the pop-up photo studio is going to be really popular with families in Southampton this Christmas and it’s fantastic news that it’ll be adding to the money raised for Cancer Research UK through Benali’s Big Race.”
Matt added: “Get yourselves down here, have some fun and help to support a very worthy cause this Christmas.”
Cue Camera is the brainchild of Brad Hurter, who is enjoying a change in direction after running a national interiors company in Romsey for more than 12 years.
He said: “Lee Peck Media has done a brilliant job. The team’s unrivalled connections and experience really has helped us launch this brand-new concept with a bang. The mix of social media expertise, linked to tradition PR has truly helped drive the message home.”
