leepeckmedia has appointed experienced marketing expert Taylor Haydon as the agency looks to continue its ongoing growth in both size and service offering.
Taylor joins the Southampton-based PR-led communications agency from SME ActiveMe 360, where she held the position of Head of Marketing, having created and built up the marketing function at the social enterprise.
She previously held roles at both Southampton City Council and BECG (now Cavendish), where she gained experience in public affairs and digital communications.
Across all her roles Taylor has remained committed to using communications as a force for positive impact – a focus reflected in her passion for sustainability.
Taylor completed the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership’s Business Management course earlier this year, deepening her understanding of how sustainable practice can be embedded and communicated across business strategy for both ethical and commercial benefit.
This commitment to sustainability drew her to leepeckmedia, which has a broad client base of organisations leading the way in environmental impact.

As part of its ongoing expansion, leepeckmedia moved to new offices at the University of Southampton Science Park in Chilworth over the summer.
